Handmade by our family, for Yours
The Planning Boards started in our home in Adelaide, SA.
We wanted an attractive, unique furniture piece to keep our busy family organised with work, sport, social and school — something that wasn’t plastic, cheap, or mass produced overseas and was creative. So out came the crayons, ruler and a lot of cardboard, plus a few Berocca's (!) and we ended up designing a board that brought calm, connection, and a bit of order into our daily life.
Now we handcraft each board ourselves, using quality materials and dealing with local businesses, so that we can deliver a premium quality product to others.
And no, we are not a big company, just a local family giving an idea a go and hoping that others like it.
Our main hope was to engage our kids in creating, designing and learning about small business, but most of all for them to give things a go. Each board is a unique & original Australian-made product, supporting local business's and our community.
