• All products are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur as they are handmade and one off pieces.
• Prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal
• We may cancel orders if payment is not processed successfully.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• We ship to most Australia Capital Cities at this stage using trusted couriers.
• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods.
• As products are custom, handmade change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
• In the event of any return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Warranties & Liability

• Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product.
